"Brilliant staff and service, that is under so..."

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Accident & emergency

A and E department, X-ray department, theatre team and surgery ward, can not praise them all enough.

A and E was through and understanding of the patient and his needs, they was very friendly and helpful. The surgeon explained everything and was helpful at answering all the questions and concerns.

The theatre team was kind and friendly and supportive, and all the staff on the ward for the rest of the stay was wonderful, helpful and friendly.

We would like to thank you on behalf of all of the services you mention, we greatly appreciate that you have taken the time to pass on your very positive comments and can assure you they will be shared with all of the teams involved. We are pleased that our services were consistently to a high standard, were all able to provide the support and care required and we hope the patient is now recovering well.
