About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Gynaecology

I was referred to the EPU today by my doctor who made me feel embarrassed, stressed and unimportant at my doctors surgery .

When I arrived at the EPU from the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and felt important to all the staff that dealt with me . Particularly a member of staff who was fantastic , then a doctor who put me ease and explained every single thing to me with empathy patience and kindness. I could not recommend this unit and it's brilliant team highly enough , they are wonderful.
