"Contacting the sleep clinic"

About: Leicester General Hospital

Can somebody tell me what he point is in the Sleep Clinic having a telephone line? Everytime I call and it does not matter what time of the day, I am informed they are experiencing high levels of calls. I leave messages and i do not get a reply. The service offered is not good at all.

I am supposed to have my yearly appointment this December, but I will say now it will not happen as I cant get through to book it.
