Informative service and caring staff

"Informative service and caring staff"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

I found the service informative and the staff caring towards each individual. Even though mindfulness is a group session I felt the staff  wanted to take the time to help each individual and cared that each person was benefiting from the sessions. Having felt that more sessions would't help me at all my views have now been changed and I wish to pursue other things 6 degrees offer to help me have a happier life. Thank you
