Hello,

After stressful journey through the Reading Traffic, was told I am not allowed to use the car park and to be told you have to park on the road outside.

Already being stressed and anxious about the appointment, tired to follow the online instructions which I accessed before leaving home (earlier in the day on the appointment), which clearly states :

Erleigh Road for up to 2 hours only

Alexandra Road for unrestricted parking

Not only is this misleading visitors, but factually incorrect.

My illness is the cause of me not working, therefore no income and had to pay for parking.

Had I been given all the correct information on the website, I would have seeked an alternative mode of transport.

After parking my car on Alexander Road and purchasing a pay and display, I returned to reception and asked the receptionist in a very respectful manner can the NHS website link to 25 Erleigh Rd be updated with eh correct information, for the reason like me so many other people would be accessing the transport information ahead of making travel arrangements.
