"incompetent"

Husband had annual review, blood pressure ,/ test etc blood test booked OK. GP increased one meds and asked to see them in a month. Given appt for 10.40am on10/3/2016. Wrote in diary and confirmed with receptionist. Went to surgery this morning appt. Not been booked onto computer by receptionist!My husband also suffers from stress anxiety and depression. Explained to receptionist why GP wanted to see him and husband needed results of his blood test and GP wanted to see him regarding increase of meds. Receptionist then gave me results of husband's blood test. I asked for an appointment asap as my husband needed more of his meds that GP had increased. Has an appointment for Friday 18th March

This GP practice is absolutely disgraceful. Never see same GP twice!! Cannot even get through on a morning to get a same day appointment.
