The receptionists are rude an disrespectful how they speak to you is very unprofessional I have been spoke to several times by receptionist with rude arrogant tones of voices the gps are very good they listen an offer any help they can give that if you can get past the receptionist to get an appointment! If you didn't release to did not have enough medicineion that you need an you ring for appointment they scold you about leaving it too late even tho they have no business or knowing to no what you have going on at that time! They even rung me once to tell me I was pregnant! Even tho I wasent! An when you rung back after taking 4 home pregnancy test they said I was pregnant an that I must be lying I was disgusted that they could throw that word around as if they new me as individual! An after even having blood test at the hospital that the doctor had set up the receptionist still tryed saying I was lying the hospital was outraged at this lack of unprofessional work place the receptionist have personal
