"Appalling surgery"

This surgery is appalling the staff are rude and disgusting, the receptionists was talking about the patients, which is not professional or confidential. Horrible to make appointments, never pick up the telephone or if you go in the surgery they keep you waiting while they chat or drink tea and eat biscuits. I am really concerned about the lack of service I have experience from this surgery. I have been waiting for an appointment for 3weeks, I will be better by the time I see the doctor. The gps ain't much better, don't understand your needs or not prepared to listen when your speaking! The gps rush you in and out, I have had a problem for over a year, still not been able to sort it as they said I need a long appointment to discuss my needs when I ask for a longer appointment I can never get one, all I need is a referral which will take all of 5 minutes to send through. Iam annoyed and upset with the gps. Don't join this surgery.
