"Disgraceful"

I've had so many problems with being in this doctor for one year I find one of the receptionist very rude always asking what my problems are which I don't want to explain and if I don't the receptionist trying tot report me for being abusive over phone and one of the doctors kept asking if I'm single and I've told surgery I don't want to see this doctor and they still always do it I don't like the doctor, they don't deal with my son properly the doctor scares him by making weird noises!
