I visited surgery and was disgusted in the level of customer service I received,I was spoken to by a person with such an inappropriate manner and also when I asked for appointments there always a wait up a fortnight,not to mention never been able to get through on the phone to them!,I think this surgery would do so much better with a total new staff structure to run I'm appalled.
