This its our 4th visit in last couple months.
Today was bit awful. Waiting as usually more like 20 minutes, actually half-en hour.
Blood test for blood sugar, for my wife. Did not get any advice, what will be happen. Ex.: other blood test for blood sugar , please do not eat before, because its not will be accurate. Otherwise i think its just waste a money and time, if its did not get a correct result.
I am presented as help to translating, she have a few question, what its was ignored. Ask for a previous blood test result, did not get answer, just in generally "high". How is high, did not get a number to make us help to compare. A nurse try get some advert, how she can better healthier, this time I was felt offender, the nurse pointed me say:"its yous fault, did not hide her in the house". By the situation, their voice and face did not suggested this its joke, and they repeated couple time later on. She have another test somewhere else, asked maybe a test result ready, but they did not understand a questions.
Summary. Did not presented good knowledge, show do their job-did not care anything else. I always try polite and respectful, expected same to me. You can see, english its not my primary language, but usually not barrier for me, so I am not sure why we not get better highlight?
