"Absolute disgrace"

Since I have moved around a lot throughout my life, I have had to register with plenty of doctors surgeries. Ashfield Medical is so bad it makes me angry. Every time I call, I am left on hold for at least 15 mins and sometimes up to 30 mins to get be told that I can't book an appointment. I do not understand why, if no appointments are available for an infinite amount of time, then why does the message at the beginning of the call not make you aware of this, instead of making you waste 30 mins for no reason what so ever. The story changes every time as well, countless times I have been told you can't make appointments 2 weeks in advance to then be told it's the only way to make an appointment. I got told after 5 years I could book an appointment online, so when I tried this, their system didn't even register my appointment and had to wait a ludicrous amount of time to be seen. I tried to book an appointment today as I am suffering with sharp pains in my lower abdomen, I am in my first trimester and they do not have time to see me. They did not even ask why I needed the appointment, they just said no, and gave me no other advice about what to do. This just shows how much they care about the patients. A&E are taking the fall for surgeries like this not being able to do their job properly. I have to say that the doctors are lovely but the reception staff all need replacing, they are so rude beyond belief. I will be registering with a new doctor asap.
