"Seen a cc twice since March.Had two breakdowns"

About: Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS Trust

I am under a multiple endocrine neoplasia team which is a disorder that can cause medullary thyroid cancer and benign tumours of the adrenals and parathyroids.I hace hyperparathyroidism.I have been told that because I am symptomatic of the parathyroids , I am also prone to the other conditions associated with this.I also have auto immune hypothyroidism which means I am prone to diabetes and is also medically linked to depression and psychotic disorders.I have been unable to see my CC due to bereavement and ill health. It is only now that I have been assigned a male social worker.I have no female contact at all :My health problems are not being factored into prescribing and there is no liaison with the Birmingham team.I am going to request a referral to the Birmingham centre for mental health as services are so poot/Agency staff who are very poor are being employed by this trust.
