Today I had an appointment at Royal Preston Hospital, ENT department. There was prompt booking in procedure and only a very short wait to be seen. The staff were very efficient and caring. I was very pleased with the treatment I received and would recommend this department to anyone.

This is the standard we aspire to offer all our patients although demands on services means patients can experience longer waits in certain clinics.
