I have read reviews on here about waiting times for access to a GP.
If people have ever been registered at another GP surgery, they will know that 2-3 weeks to book an actual appointment is pretty standard, and whilst I am not saying that this is acceptable, its a fact of life.
Saying that, I have never seen another surgery that provides 3 walk-in clinics a week, and yes, you will have to wait, but isn't it worth it?
I waited for 90 mins to be seen, but the doctors in the main are courteous, respectful and listen to you.
I have only had 1 bad experience with a GP at this surgery, and their attitude wasn't great in fact I walked out feeling very angry.
I simply made the decision to ensure I never saw them again, and the rest of the GP's have so far been great.
"All in all, a great city centre practice"
