I have been absolutely shocked at the way this surgery is run and the hoops they have made my partner jump through for simple things such as vaccinations. They cancelled her appointment last minute when they did not have a common vaccination in stock and rather than say when they would have it back in stock they told her to look elsewhere which means the vaccination will no longer be free This is unfortunately just one incident of many so if you can join another surgery I would highly highly recommend that you do and maybe then this surgery will be forced to adapt into the 21st century.

Thank you as always for the feedback, and we would like to apologise if you feel you recieved poor service, I am unfortunately not able to comment on or review the incident due to no patient details being provided or indication on what day or date this happened, we have several services at The Light Surgery and we want to ensure patients are able to access these services without the need to return due to lack of resource or equipment.

We would be very keen to look into this matter and would advise you contact the surgery to let us know your preferred communication method, we would like to review this isolated incident in more detail.

We have a learning culture embedded within our surgery, we recognise we need to learn from events that could result in delaying patient care.
