"It works if you work it!"

My experience has been good at this practice. The online system has worked well for me thus far. Its a two way street. The health service is far from as good as it could be - but what is? The staff here I find do a good job. People are difficult at the best of times but when we are ill we can become even more so. Its free at point of delivery. Its usually very good. We should be grateful for that and try to work with eachother to improve where needs improving and saying thankyou when it works.
