"No treatment for my pain"

About: Oakwood Surgery

Went on 3 separate occasions with serve swelling and pain in my ear to be told to use steam for my inner ear infection then to be told I have an outer ear infection 2 weeks later to be then given an ear spray none of this worked. I told the doctor on all 3 occasions that I have had an outer ear almost every year I always get antibiotics and this works each doctor refused to give me them for some reason or another they just would not listen! after 2 weeks the pain became unbearable and I couldn't take another sleepless night and being completely deaf

I had no choice but to go to a and e they gave me some much needed antibiotics and the pain went within 24 hours and ear infection has now gone all that pain I went through for no reason as it could of been solved 2 weeks earlier the a and e department also said that an abscess was likely to be formed if it was left untreated with only ear spray any longer!! Never going to this doctors again!
