Regarding my last year's feedback about one of their reception staff who seems to have a issue with deaf people, my mate went there with her hearing kids two months ago and this receptionist was very rude to her, ignoring her pleas for them to write out on paper and they then used her kids to act as interpreters, this was totally wrong of them.
The kids are now terrified to visit the surgery even now.
They, this practice, have told me they will train their staff to show how to deal with their customers,
To me it seems they havent. See Feb review 2015
New building, wow it's great, good access for disabled but where are the visual display aids for us deaf people when our names are called or which room?
Discriminatingly towards deaf people by the sounds of it?
Still disappointed.
