"A hospital we can be proud of"

Over the last five years i have had to attend Darent Valley Hospital for broken wrist, breast cancer, replacement knee and heart problems. I can honestly say the only complaint i have is with Cherry Ward. On every other occasion i have been treated with professional friendliness and respect. I have been included in every decision about my care and can only say that all the staff have been amazing. They are under a lot of pressure and any delays when seeing consultants can't be helped because they don't rush anyone's time at appointments. All the staff are very professional and carry out their working day brilliantly with not always the credit they deserve. I truly think we have a hospital we should be proud of. A big big thank you to you all.
