"Good, professional service"

I have been at this surgery almost 20 years and am, mainly impressed with the service. The daily walk in surgery is excellent, especially now that it runs all day. I have had to be referred to specialists on a couple of occasions and they have always been complimentary about the details from GPS. It can be difficult at times to get an appointment with a particular doctor as having to ring at 8am means I have to come out of work. There is one doctor who I have found rude and uncaring and avoid appointments with them when offered. This is a shame as other doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners are brilliant and never make you feel that you shouldn't have made an appointment.
