"Ill over the Christmastime period"

I have been poorly over the whole festive period. I was coughing along with hundreds of other people, however I rang the surgery on Boxing Day, expecting voice mail or alternative provision. I am happy to say my call was answered immediately and an appointment made with them for within the hour. I left with reassurance, a prescription and advice of the nearest pharmacies in the area. Next, on Wednesday, I felt no better and my coughing getting worse to the point I couldn't breathe. After another nasty coughing fit I rang the doctors and asked to see a doctor that afternoon, they made me an appointment for within the half hour. Again I left happy and reassured with new treatment. Lastly I went again on the Friday and was seen by yet another courteous doctor. I absolutely cannot fault the surgery whatsoever, they do their absolute best consistently and I was satisfied with appointments made there and then throughout this busy time with not a full compliment of staff working. The reception staff also need a mention as they were professional and polite the whole time. A very good service and I will fully recommend this practice to all my friends and neighbours.
