I am having an ongoing issue in relation to my prescription. A call was arranged for a GP to ring me, and a Dr never phoned yesterday. The reception staff is utterly unhelpful and built a barrier so there is no way to talk to a GP, who I've seen few months ago and they assessed my repeat medication list. I've just telephoned again, to enquire about why Dr never phoned yesterday and if I could talk to a GP or their Practice Manager, unfortunately they are rude and a receptionist decided to put the phone down. So where do I go now? Probably A&E, or wait next week and suffer, without medication. This is disgraceful, the receptionist shouldn't be allowed to make clinical decisions, they are not medically trained and their attitude is utterly unacceptable. I've also, submitted an online complaint to their Practice Manager about this yesterday, unfortunately again, without any response. This practice and the barrier they put in place, where reception staff won't pass your call or pass a message to a GP to ring you back is now very concerning.
"Unpleasant, rude and unhelpful reception staff"
