"Thank you to the Resus Team"

About: Hillingdon Hospital / Accident and emergency

Monday 25th September 2017 – I was rushed to Hillingdon Hospital, Resus team, Dr Ingrid, who was really lovely and helped keep me calm.

All the nurses at Hillingdon work really hard, so I would like to state that everyone who dealt with me was extremely professional.

Ingrid impressed me the most, she recognised me from the previous week from when I was rushed into Hillingdon and this time she rang Northwick Park ENT team to request that I be seen immediately.

A member of Northwick Park ENT team arrived at Hillingdon Hospital within 20 minutes to assess me.

I cannot believe, he sat with me for nearly over 2 hours, watching over me, working with the Drs and Nurses at Hillingdon.

He decided that I needed to have surgery the next day.

I have to admit some of this I do not remember but my husband assured me this happened.

Transferred to Northwick Park hospital in the early hours of Tuesday 26th September, once again the ambulance crew were really nice and helped to keep me calm but I was in and out of consciousness, I do remember one the crew members asking me to breath, which was a bit difficult for me to do so.

Northwick Park ENT Drs, Nurses and team were incredible, they got me prepped ready for surgery very quickly.
