"Day surgery for removal of a lipoma"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was referred to hospital for the removal of lipoma on my back. When I arrived I was very nervous as I didn't know what to expect. I was taken, on time, to a room where Kirsty and Jill made me at ease by chatting about the cinema.

The actual surgery was a little uncomfortable but the experience was not at all bad. The friendliness and interaction with Kirsty and Jill made me feel very at ease.

I'd like to thank them for that and also the care they took to leave me with a neat scar.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with our minor ops team. I am glad your experience was a positive one at what can be an anxious time. I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again.
