About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I attend the first of two outpatient appointments today, i was hesitant about the procedure. Staff could not have been more helpful in explaining the procedures, in a very simple and understanding way putting me at ease.

i cannot praise the professionalism of the team enough it makes  a refreshing experience when all you read is about the downside of  NHS systems.
