"Fantastic care"

I had a surgical abortion here at 10 weeks pregnant, and although it is a tough thing to go through with I believe writing a good review is important. I had 2 appointments here, my first I thought I could get the medical abortion (pills) but was further along than I thought, so had to have a surgical one. The staff there treated me with care and kindness and chatted to me making me feel at ease. I booked a surgical appointment for the next day. The theatre staff were all very kind and everything was clean. You were not made to feel any type of way, as all the other women there were in the same boat as you. The aftercare was good. A clean, calm room, with chairs to sit on whilst you woke up and came round and refreshments. I also liked how the building was concealed, and you had to walk downstairs to go in and the waiting area, no one could just look in through the window because you were downstairs which I think was well thought out. Overall, the care I received here was very good and I can’t fault it, it made a tough decision a lot more calm and easier in a sense, the staff made me feel I could ask them anything.
