I feel compelled to leave a review about the day case unit. I went in today arriving at 7.30am and was taken into the day case unit shortly afterward. Every staff member whom dealt with me was highly professional, kind and considerate of my wellbeing, dignity and every aspect of care. I cannot speak highly enough about this unit. My surgery was completed by specialist, they and the anaesthetic staff made sure my operation was painless and that I was as comfortable as possible afterwards. I have had surgery three times now and this experience was by far the best for environment, staff, cleanliness and over all stay. I am at home in bed now recovering but would recommend this unit to anyone whom may need it. Thanks for proving how amazing the NHS is and how great the training of the staff is.
