"elective day surgery"

About: Burnley General Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

Had to have bunion surgery.

The nurses in the elective centre and the theatre very professional but friendly.

The surgeon and anaesthetist very good and explained everything thoroughly.

After having surgery in other countries and always privately, I must say that the treatment and having met the recovery room nurse before surgery was a first.

Cannot fault the treatment.

Far better experience than Blackburn hospital which I have several dealings with variou members of my family.
