"Kings c 2"

After a gruelling 12 hours sitting up most of night, feeling awful. I then stayed in kings c2.

They were so lovely, getting me a tea n arrival and feeling exhausted. Every member of staff was professional.

However the staff on Saturday 14 th october stood out.

They worked efficiently as a team and it was fabulous to see the difference in each patient by the end of the day. This was partly down to their professionalism.

Two members of staff stood out Their approach was excellent.

They approached every patient as an individual and gave them confidence to be up and moving. They took note of everything! Even me rubbing my head as I had a headache. They asked if I was ok.

They both took time with each patient. And had a full understanding how each person was feeling.

I really hope they continue with thier training. They will be excellent ambassodors to future nurses one day.
