"Triage Nurse - unbelievable"

My recent experience of yesterday at the A&E dept was really good. The receptionist was lovely polite and friendly and so was the Dr who I saw. However it remains to be the same for the triage nurse. They were so offish rude and definitely needs customer care further training unless they were having an off day although they had the same attitude when calling others through. They then proceeded to call me back in to check my BP and temperature, just stuck the thermometer in my ear, checked it then put it back In the casing. I took a second look afterwards and noted they didn’t use a hygiene cap and I’m interested to know if this was wrong. A letter of dissatisfaction and report will be sent to advise the hospital they have a nurse who blatantly ignores health and hygiene. Apart from their experience, everyone else and the services there are brilliant!! They all work so hard and I have full admiration for them.
