"our ongoing treatment & care at Feltwell Surgery"

The staff always do their very best to get us seen as soon as possible as they know we only contact them when we really have a problem.We are always contacted about our regular age related checkups(M.O.T's as we call them !!) properly & on time. Some Nurses are better at getting blood than others ,some of the Doctors come across as more helpful than others or more prepared to listen and be more thorough .We sometimes have a problem with our repeat prescriptions i.e they haven't got them in stock , or they get missed off or 1 time the wrong ones sent which meant a few trips back to surgery until it was corrected. (luckily we can still drive!), But this is rare and the staff try to sort it as quickly as they can.

Overall the service, staff ,treatment etc is very good indeed and we are quite happy, Thankyou.
