(as a relative),

I am writing to say how impressed my husband was with the nursing staff and doctors during his recent stay. During their long shifts, without exception they remained cheerful, attentive and caring. We are extremely grateful for all their help.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to post comments on care opinion around the care your husband received on our medical ward in DGH. I was delighted to read that you found the nursing staff and doctors to be cheerful, attentive and caring. Staff always like to receive positive comments such as yours and I will pass this on to the staff concerned.
