"Visit to the x-ray department"

Today i had to attend x ray again.

I received excellent care from all nursing staff, consultants, plaster room staff, staff actually in x ray and the reception staff on base 3.

My dissatisfaction from my visit stems from the person on reception in the x ray area. They were rude and ignorant. They also expects patients to return to the department requesting the x-ray to fill in the speciality even though they were told where you come from and the consultants name. They told me that i need to check the form next time and make sure the consultant completes it correctly!!!

The member of staff is abrupt and rude toward their colleague who are trying to provide a good experience and are helpful especially the person who treated people with dignity and greeted them on their arrival at reception.

On my first visit I also had experience with this person who ignored me completely and spoke to my escort....i broke my leg and did not lose my ability to speak or understand English!
