About: Wythenshawe Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I have been a fairly regular visitor to the Women's Health department over the last couple of years as a result of an initial abnormal smear test, a follow up colposcopy, LLETZ treatment and then recurring colposcopy's/ smear tests to make sure everything is getting back to normal.

I am a very nervous patient and I have found the staff and service in this department to be exemplary. I have always been seen on time, treated with kindness, dignity and respect, had everything explained to me and generally felt safe and in good hands. I would like to say a thank you to all of the staff in the unit.
