"One size fits all-Not"

About: Leicester General Hospital

I have been under this department since 2006. the first part of getting diagnosed was exc could not be faulted.once diagnosed it was hit and miss as to which technician you got as to whether you were treated with respect or not. that was some years ago. the department has enlarged greatly since then and many new staff have come and gone mostly pleasant individual.

i personally need a specific machine. its not what the department wants to supply me. after 2 complainants and the ccg decision twice in my favour, there still seems to be opposition to my needs.never have parts i need on the shelf as it were.

so if you go to this clinic they will force you to have one type of machine and if you need anything else other than what they want you to have - you will be in a battle. i am currently on my third battle.

one size does not fit all...its like giving me an elbow joint in place of a knee joint.

seriously look at your option once diagnosed.
