"Utterly shambolic and will follow up."

About: Warwick Hospital / Respiratory medicine

My father has been extremely ill and has developed shortness of breath. I won't expand on all of what's happened because it's too much at this time, it will be following up the shambolic state of affairs.

To say in short that my Father has attended clinics on several occasions where the notes are missing, been admitted with severe pain and low O2 levels to be misdiagnosed twice. I intervened and tried to speak to staff to join things up to no avail. The CT scanner has broken down 3 times delaying his much needed scan. This is frustrating for radiology staff too, as it's the own one and no contingency plans seems to be in place. I paid for a private scan carried out straight away only to find it was 'lost' in the system 3 times, and a follow appointment saw the consultant being very dismissive of this! I am furious and upset about the disgraceful lack of care.
