About: The Great Western Hospital / Accident and emergency

On Friday just gone, yet again my mother had to attend ED with a dislocated hip for the 3rd time. And yet again the staff in ED were fantastic. She was in the Resus area and was cared for by a most wonderful Doctor and two nurses. Not only did they care for her but were so lovely to myself and my Dad. I have worked in the NHS for over 30 years and have unfortunately seen many things I would rather not see, but on this occasion the care was Fantastic. I now hope the follow up care of a hip replacement is of the same high standard.
