About: Knowsley Resource & Recovery Centre / Ward T1 (Coniston Ward)

(as a service user),

In my experiance, the staff on there were nasty towards me,  think its ok to intimidate patients and they talk about patients openly around other patients.

They forced me to take meds and I feel like they were telling other patients my information

Update posted by Mca7 (a service user)

I tried a number of times to contact pals over my concerns but got told by the switchboard at whiston to contact different pals as they didn't deal with mental health.

Felt like I had me last meal in that place the day I got took to seclusion and staff were opening door at stupid oclock in the morning. I've got a dark past but police put me there on section two with evidence and then staff shared that information with other patients. something needs to change.
