i have found all the doctors and nurses here to be excellent, they have helped me when needed, however actually getting throhfh to reception has sometimes been difficult, and the online appointments system often does not have spaces tor the same doctor who may have statred a course of action oven an ailment, i like to see the same doctor who initiated treatment to keep continuity.

Hòwever, and I know this is not the surgeries fault, only once in the last however many years they have had the new surgery has the chemists actually had my prescription ready, today for instance although the prescription went in Monday night, 4 full working days it was not ready, Ive had this time and time again, they cant find a prescription, they havent done it, or the label machine wasnt working, always an excuse, they mess up and then wont deliver, they are truly awful.

Thanks for taking the time to post - and I'm sorry that you are not getting the service you expect from the pharmacy. Unfortunately we cant reply to a complaint about a community pharmacy, this need to go either directly to the pharmacy or to NHS England who hold the contract - England.contactus@nhs.net.

However - and this is the reason I'm replying - there are other alternatives that you might find useful, and might help you to get round the issues you mention. You could:-

Register with the practice for online ordering Choose to have the prescription electronically sent to an alternative pharmacy that will deliver, this can be added to your GP record and so it will just happen automatically, once its set up.

To do either of these, please contact either the practice or our Medicines Management team on our Medline on 01709 308999.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for any incovenience caused at this time. We upgraded our telephone system last week so hopefully this should provide increased accessibility in booking appointments.
