"Ward 7b - restores faith"

I spent this afternoon visiting my Auntie on the ward. She is very unwell and I cannot praise the nurses and doctors enough. They had time for everyone and there was always someone available to speak too. Doctors were there the whole time and all the patients in the bay were so well looked after. It was a vast contrast to what I have witnessed at my local hospital. The ward staff communicate with the patients and their families and it makes a huge difference not to be left second guessing or at worst angry as no one gets back to you. This was certainly not the case on this ward they are all amazing each and every one of the staff
