I've been receiving allergy desensitisation treatment from the immunology department at the Queen's Medical Centre for two years now, and they really have changed my life.
The nurses are professional, friendly and seem to know their jobs inside out. They know all the patients by their first names, and remember their interests and previous conversations. Even if they are rushed off their feet, they have time to make us feel at ease, and are incredibly sympathetic.
They also have the best injecting skills of anyone I've ever met! You seriously can't feel a thing when they actually give the injection, and they don't do any of the typical 'you might feel a little prick', which generally makes people more nervous than they were beforehand.
Thankyou!
"Best injecting skills ever at QMC"
