I recently had an overnight stay for a disc decompression operation. From the very first appointment, to being discharged after the follow-up appointment, all staff were just amazing, reception staff, to porters and nurses, everyone showed such professionalism, answering questions and offering support.
A big thank you to the Consultant, their team and the wonderful nurses that took care of me during my stay, I am very humbled by the hard work and many hours you all dedicate, the care you show is amazing and I am thankful that I had such lovely people take care me.
