Was seen 15 minutes early and made to feel welcome.
The nurse was extremely efficient and considerate and made me feel at ease.
At no time did I feel rushed.
They then sent me along for an ECG (think this was outpatients 4). The operator was welcoming and treated me with respect ensuring I was happy for them to perform the ECG as it meant stripping down to waist.
A very good experience and although I do not look forward to any operation I feel confident to have it done at this hospital under the care of my Consultant.
I had a consultation with them a few weeks ago and they were most kind and talked me though the procedure explaining the pros and cons to enable me to make an informed decision.
Well done to all the staff at the hospital
