"My experiences at the hand clinic"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Occupational Therapy

(as the patient),

Due to my health condition, I was referred to the hand clinic.   My clinician Alison was first class.  She made me feel at ease,  answered any question I had in simple terms avoiding using medical jargon,  ensured that the care plan was right for me.

I feel I’ve had brilliant service with no great waiting times,  practical and clinical help.  

I wish all hospitals operated in the same fashion
