I had a cystoctopy here today I went in very scared but I needn't have worried because the staff are excellent and when I went in theatre the nurses were fantastic a lovely nurse held my hand and everything was done in minutes they talk to you with ease and make you feel very at ease and took away my nervousness the urologist was wonderful and introduced them self and everything was done with the utmost profession and dignity
