I saw exceptionally nice and conscientious, felt they really cared and let's face it why the hell should they, it is just a job, and I am not a particularly valuable person deserving to be saved.

we are so lucky to have NHS, rather than a moneygrubbing Private medicine.

There was some delay but it was unavoidable someone had been on holiday, they managed it well.

A member of staff on reception went over and above their duties, giving me a blood test herself to save me going upstairs and waiting ages.

only worries would be, lack of staff and money so they can do their job as they want to.... Also the increasing demand, the better they get, the longer people live the more illnesses , and the more demand.....
