"Audiology"

I had to visit audiology for a hearing test and aids,the first time I arrived I was seen at my appointment time and had every thing explained to me in layman’s language,that meant I understood 99% of every thing I was told the 1% was explained properly what a great experience. Then a week or so later I returned for my new hearing aids and lo and behold the member of staff was brilliant and explained every thing .i have spent the last 46 years in and out of hospital and am still trying to find all these problems people talk about.I can not recommend audiology highly enough like the whole NHS
