"Emerald Unit"

My mum recently spent 5 weeks at the Emerald Unit and her care was second to none.

All the staff (nurses, carers, therapists, doctors, catering staff, cleaners etc) do an exceptional job in caring for all the patients on this wonderful ward.

At such a difficult time in my mum's life I couldn't have wished for her to have been in a better place.

The compassion, kindness, patience and care shown at all times was such a comfort to me and my mum.

Whilst she was at the ward I was able to visit at any time of the day or night which was a great comfort to me.

The time and effort the dedicated staff gave to my mum was outstanding and I was kept informed and up-to-date with her progress throughout her stay which helped me sleep at night in the knowledge that she was in such safe hands.

I can't praise the staff enough for their professionalism, care and compassion.
