As a diabetic I know a thing or two about hospital visits but, our visit to the MIU with an infected finger was exemplary; I was seen by a very pleasant nurse within 2 minutes of booking in and, they didn't rush to prescribe antibiotics (which, in the event, were unnecessary).
I was given sound advice, a poultice, told what would happen and, off we went hardly 20 minutes after threading the car into the interestingly cosy car park.
I should add that in the short period I was being seen to my wife was in the waiting area answering a survey about ambulance services!
All in all a very professional service.
Thank you
"Excellent Service"
